Joseph Still CCIM, ABR
Joe began as a real estate trainer in 1990 and since has become a sought after instructor/speaker/trainer around the U.S. He was awarded the Washington Association of Realtors 1997 Instructor of the Year, has presented at conventions for the National Association of REALTORS, and is graduate of the N.A.R. Instructor Training Institute. He leads workshops around the country on investment analysis and negotiation skills and has authored numerous articles on real estate issues.
Real Estate Industry Milestones
Mr. Still has represented a number of clients including individual investors, business owners, developers, local, regional, and national companies. Services have included lease structuring, acquisition, disposition, land assemblage, rezoning, permitting, and property redevelopment.
Professional Speaking Milestones
Mr. Still has been a real estate industry trainer for 15 years. Clients include local real estate associations, state associations, and national companies. Mr. has presented workshops at NAR national conventions, numerous state conventions, and in Mexico.
Professional Designations
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) A CCIM has trained for over 240 hours in the classroom and 5 or more years in the field of commercial / investment real estate. Special studies include tax implications, investment return analysis, project development, lease structuring, site selection, and negotiation. Less than 2% of the commercial real estate practitioners around the country hold the CCIM designation.
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) An ABR is a trained specialist in the field of buyer and tenant representation. ABR training focus includes agency law, negotiation, and transaction structuring. Mr. Still is an ABR and has trained several hundred real estate professionals to receive their ABR designation.
